Despite the grueling hours of shooting scenes and concerts and struggling with time zone variations all the while travelling for thousands of miles, the actress-turned-singer makes sure here sleep isn’t compromised.
She is an early riser and when she isn’t travelling, she gets up at 7:00 am without even needing an alarm clock.
Food
Her usual breakfast comprises of cereal mixed with a banana, and lunch is grilled chicken and brown rice which Hailee calls her ‘power lunch’. When at home, her routines include a combination of resistance, cardio, and high-intensity workouts. However, when she is travelling, she makes it a point to keep jump ropes and resistance bands with her so that she doesn’t lose her touch. At any hotel, her priority is to hit the gym and make up for any lost time during her work and travelling commitments.
